Science and Technology Innovation Creation | Solar powered environmentally friendly Bluetooth speaker
1、 Overview of the work
This work is a handmade product for the implementation of science and technology innovation courses. It uses laser cutting to create a speaker cavity with a mortise and tenon structure, integrating three major technologies: solar photovoltaic power generation, Bluetooth audio amplifier, and lithium battery energy storage. It achieves autonomous power supply and wireless Bluetooth playback, freeing itself from the constraints of traditional power cords and integrating green new energy, woodworking technology, and electronic technology into one.

2、 Three major design highlights
✅ Green self powered: The top single crystal solar panel is used for photoelectric conversion, with built-in lithium batteries for energy storage. It can store energy during the day and play at will day and night, practicing low-carbon energy conservation.
✅ Mortise and tenon environmentally friendly shell: fully snap on wooden assembly, easy to disassemble and assemble without glue, natural wooden cavity optimizes acoustic resonance, and improves sound quality.
✅ Multi purpose device: Bluetooth wireless connection to audio source, includedUSBModeTFCard mode, with multiple functions.
3、 The Value of Science and Technology Innovation in Education
Students participate in the entire process of drawing, laser processing of sheet metal, circuit welding, and overall machine debugging, connecting knowledge from multiple disciplines such as physics, electricity, new energy, acoustics, and mechanical structures.
