What our team is making is3DWooden assembled small airplane, inCAXAOn the software, divide the work and draw the parts of the small airplane. Use laser cutting technology to cut pieces of parts on a three millimeter wooden board, and manually assemble the designed small airplane. At the beginning of the topic selection, the small airplane was chosen as the target because the number of parts of the small airplane is reasonable, the assembly process is not too complicated, and it is suitable for first-time contactCAXAOur team specializes in software and laser cutting works. To simplify the cutting and assembly process, we treat the rear wheels of the aircraft and the main body as a large component. The main body is joined to the wings with two nose pieces, and the tail is joined to the main body to form the rough outline of the small aircraft. In order to meet the requirements of the three millimeter plate, we design each slot diameter in the aircraft joint parts to be three millimeters, which facilitates the insertion and connection between various parts and makes them as tightly connected as possible. For the propeller and two front wheels, we have separately drawn two small parts to secure them and prevent them from falling off. For the wing, we use a relatively simple straightedge wing, which is convenient for design and assembly. When drawing, we compare the straightedge wing to determine the proportions of other parts.
