What we hope for in the future of Ferris wheels is to use technology to break through the diameter limit and let future generations sit in Ferris wheels to pick stars? Not entirely. George Ferguson hoped that something new could be imagined on someone's drawing board to replace the Ferris wheel. After all, we already have enough big wheels.
