I plan to create several open-source hardware projects in the near future, and the first one to appear is "Automatic Water Cup Cooling Device". The circuit part photo is shown below.

We plan to use an ultrasonic distance sensor to detect if there is a water cup in front of the device. If there is a water cup, the fan on top will start rotating to cool it down. If there is no water cup, the fan will stop rotating.

The functionality is not complicated, but there is a serious problem. This description has no visual sense at all. Although we have seen some circuit modules, it is still difficult to imagine its working process.

If accompanied by the following photo, this' Automatic Water Cup Cooling Device 'will suddenly come to life, and I think more friends will want to try making it.

In the photo, we can clearly see the positional relationship between the water cup, fan, and ultrasonic sensor. If we have a certain understanding of these modules, we can guess almost without even introducing the functions of the device. This is the convenience that the external structure of the work brings us.

This kind of work not only has a visual sense, but also saves a lot of time introducing the functions of the work. If the power is turned on, we can quickly see its working process.

In order to allow more friends to participate in laser creation, I am sharing the structural drawings in the photos with everyoneLaserMaker2.0Draw and divide the structure into three parts: the main body, the fan blade, and the water cup, as shown in the following figure:

When using drawings, you can make slight adjustments according to your module size, such as the size of the ultrasonic module, the size of the motor fixing hole, and so on.
