1、 Design inspiration source
    The inspiration for the work comes from the integration of summer life pain points and artificial intelligence intelligent manufacturing, closely related to the event "Intelligent Manufacturing Summer",AIThe core theme of 'Creativity'.
In the scorching summer, traditional fans and air coolers have obvious drawbacks: traditional equipment continues to operate at a fixed gear, regardless of whether there are people indoors or at a distance, and always works constantly. This not only causes waste of power resources, but also greatly reduces the practicality of the equipment due to the unmanned idle mode, which cannot meet the needs of intelligent, energy-saving, and humanized modern life.

2、 Design concept
   Works in“AIThe core design concept of "intelligent sensing, energy-saving and low-carbon, handmade intelligent manufacturing, and people-oriented" relies on laser cutting technology and intelligent electronic components. In terms of intelligent functional design, the work is equipped with ultrasonic sensors and intelligent cooling fans, endowing the air cooler withAIAutonomous perception ability. This device can sense human distance in real time: when it detects someone approaching, it automatically starts the fan to blow air and cool down; When the human body leaves the sensing area, the device automatically stops running. ThroughAIIntelligent sensing control achieves the intelligent automation effect of when people come and when people go, the wind stops.

Note that the circle of the air outlet is drawn with a line drawing process, and the ultrasonic position is cut with a cutting process

2 Design the buckle positions on the front and side, and draw a rectangle on the side as an ice grid, using the cutting process for the rectangle. The groove and corresponding protrusion position of the buckle should be consistent

3 Draw the other two sides based on the front and side, draw the top and bottom rectangular positions based on the position of the buckle, and place the fan in the middle position, so make an additional buckle as a baffle.

4 After the main parts of the design are completed, add corresponding text and graphics for line drawing processing and layout

5 After confirming the accuracy of the simulated creation, cutting will begin

6 Prepare other electronic components required after cutting is completed-Ultrasonic sensor, motherboard, battery clip. Glue gun adhesive assembly. And write programs to upload to the motherboard
